At Jesse Pierpoint Fine Artworks, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Returns

Original Artwork: Due to the unique nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for original pieces. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and we provide detailed descriptions and images to help you make an informed decision.

Prints: We accept returns on prints within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the print must be in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at jp@jessepierpoint.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the artwork if it is damaged or defective.

  2. Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at jp@jessepierpoint.com.
